3ROC Win Leinster Inter-Club

3ROC retained the Leinster Inter-Club trophy last Sunday at Corkagh Park, so well done everyone for coming and running! We had runners on every course, where the winners scored 10 points down to 1 point for 10th place.

Thanks to GEN for organising the event: Corkagh Park isn’t difficult, but there were courses to suit all ages and abilities. If you found it too easy, you weren’t running hard enough!
