Good luck at IOC 2013!

Good luck to all the 3ROC runners at this weekend’s Irish Championships in Co. Galway. We have 23 runners in the competition in classes from M and W12 to M80, plus two relay teams running on Monday.

Soon after the Irish Championships the CNOC Tuesday evening events start at the Curragh on May 14th. Details will be on the IOA fixtures list here.
