The Leinster League continues this Sunday (12th) with Setanta’s event at Glenreemore, the area used for the Irish Relay Championships just west of the Wicklow Gap.  Details here soon.

Just announced: the Connacht Championships will be at Strandhill, Co. Sligo on Sunday 16th November. Details here.

We’re ordering new orienteering tops and you can vote on your preferred design. E-mail 3rockoc@gmail.com to have the possible designs sent to you.

Fitness training continues on Monday and Wednesday evening at belfield; gym circuits on Wednesday; parkruns on Saturday.

Congratulations to 3ROC members selected to run at the Senior Home International in Scotland this month: M31 Ger Butler, M20 Eoin McCullough and W20 Cliona McCullough.
